Shipping Policy

We will email you as soon as we receive your order to confirm receipt, and we'll send you another email to confirm dispatch, which means your order has been accepted.

You will receive an email order confirmation if your order is for Cash on Delivery. Only once you have confirmed your order via email or mobile device will your order request be approved.

It's possible that not every order will be shipped at the same time that you ordered.

The product(s) will be packaged and inspected before being given to our reliable delivery partners.

The package will be delivered to you as soon as possible by our delivery partners. If they can't get to the specified address or at a convenient time, they will get in touch with you to fix the problem. 

With the exception of Sundays and public holidays, we typically ship out orders in two business days. 

For orders totaling more than the INR 495 billing amount, there are no delivery fees. However, there will be an INR 75 shipping fee if your order is less than INR 495. 

Right now, Four Dots does not ship outside of India.
