Only items with physical flaws or those that have been damaged in transport or in case of incorrect product been shipped. For us to accept the request, an email containing pictures of the defective or inaccurate product must be provided within the allotted period.
In the event that you would like to return any or all of your order, please contact customercare@fourdots.shop in writing within 48 hours of receiving the products.
Any product that has been used, has had its seal broken, had its serial number tampered with, or any of these conditions will not be accepted for return. We shall examine the returned item and verify the claim after receiving it.

A replacement or refund will be sent if the return is accepted as eligible. The item will be couriered back to you if it is determined that it is not returnable.
The refund will be credited to source account within 7-12 working days, in case of cash one delivery (COD), you can choose to either get a coupon or refund in you bank account after share the details with us over email.
